[💡R&D] Spray-dried TUBALL™/NCM composites have made a breakthrough in dry #battery technology. The developed SWCNT/NCM composite #electrode enables a uniform conductive network via spray-drying. With just 0.12 wt.% SWCNRs—10× less than carbon black—it delivers high energy density and long-term stability in thick electrodes (7 mAh/cm²). It retains 89.4% capacity after 100 cycles and 52.2% after 500 cycles, paving the way for next-gen battery performance, as detailed in a recent article published in @[Chemical Engineering Journal (CEJ)](urn:li:organization:88458241).

[💡R&D] A TUBALL™/CEF cathode has a superior cycle life for high-mass-loading Li-ion batteries, as detailed in an article by Korean researchers. A new cathode with cellulose elementary fibrils (CEF) and TUBALL™ SWCNTs features a uniform conductive network, enhancing ion transport. This CEF-based cathode retains 80% capacity after 100 cycles and delivers higher areal discharge capacities than PVDF-based cathodes. It enables an impressive 445.4 Wh/kg energy density in full Li-metal cells—outperforming synthetic polymer binders.
