TUBALL™ graphene nanotubes are a high-performance anti-static agent for melamine systems that avoids the frequently faced side-effects of standard conductive filler on durability and color of the final product.
Note. This diagram provides average trends compared with other additives based on OCSiAl data. Product performance may vary depending on product type and formulation.
Thanks to their unique properties, graphene nanotubes (SWCNT) create a conductive, flexible, strong skeleton inside thermoset resins at extremely low concentration in comparison with most standard ESD additives.
For easy adaptation to a standard manufacturing process, OCSiAl has developed the TUBALL™ MATRIX
line of industry-friendly concentrates. The ultra-low working loading – starting from 0.1% in the overall compound weight – has a minimal effect on other key properties and results in the cost-efficiency of this anti-static solution.
